GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

After working as a law clerk in Memphis, Tennessee, Attorney Acquista relocated back to Erie, Pennsylvania and has practiced law here since 1994, when he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court, including the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Attorney Acquista practiced for more than two years with the general practice firm of D’Alba & Associates, before starting his own law firm, Acquista Law Offices in April 2006. Since that time, Attorney Acquista has been engaged in a general practice of law, emphasizing areas of practice such as real estate law, bankruptcy, estate planning and estate administration and corporations and business creation. Attorney Acquista has also experienced great success in representing clients in litigation matters, auto accidents, family law matters, elder law, debt collection actions, and IRS settlements. Since 1999, Attorney Acquista has acted as chief solicitor to the Erie County Board of Assessment Appeals, and handles all legal counsel and litigation matters for the Board.
